International Key Account Sales Manager

We are looking for an International Key Account Sales Manager to join our International Key Account Team. You will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with international key accounts, with the aim of fostering long-term partnerships, driving sustainable business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Manage a portfolio of international key accounts, developing mid-to-long term strategies aimed at business growth, portfolio evolution, and long-lasting customer retention;
  • Design and implement account-specific commercial plans and value propositions, aligned with broader business and channel strategies;
  • Build and execute structured engagement plans for key stakeholders within client organizations, understand their priorities, and adapting the approach accordingly;
  • Oversee financial management of assigned accounts (budgeting, pricing, contract negotiation, discount governance, and profitability monitoring) ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal expectations;
  • As the primary internal point of contact for the client, cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional coordination with departments such as Finance, Legal, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to deliver seamless execution and high satisfaction;
  • Supervise the end-to-end delivery process, promptly addressing operational issues or disputes to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Identify business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling, while also leveraging networks and market intelligence to support new business development
  • Track and analyze performance KPIs and metric/sales data/industry & competitor dynamics, translating insights into action plans
  • Continuously monitor sales data, industry trends, and competitor dynamics to adjust commercial strategies, seize growth opportunities, and contribute to overall business optimization;
  • Drive both organic growth and acquisition of new strategic opportunities (hunting), proactively engaging potential high-value prospects aligned with the company’s positioning and priorities.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experince building strong client internal cross functional relationships
  • Ablity to analyze financials and market data to drive profitability, optimize performance, and identify new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term, customer-centric strategies and account-specific commercial plans
  • Fluent English
  • Available for extensive business travel
  • Previous experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage Sector will be considered a plus
