Job summary

Campari Group, headquartered in Milan, seeks a Consolidation/CSRD reporting expert to lead IFRS and sustainability disclosures. The role collaborates with Group Finance and global teams to automate and improve reporting processes. Strong IFRS and CSRD experience, plus SAP/S4 and Workiva familiarity, are required.

The position offers progression within a large FTSEMIB-listed consumer goods company, with exposure to quarterly and annual reporting cycles and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience applying IFRS and CSRD in consolidated reporting.
• Experience with IFRS annual and interim reporting processes.
• Ability to work with external auditors and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IFRS annual report and Consolidated FS.
• Support interim IFRS reports and management comments.
• Assist closing of books for consolidated accounts.
• Analyze data and ensure disclosure quality per IFRS and regs.
• Manage IT systems for IFRS reporting (BPC, SAP, Workiva).
• Coordinate with FP&A, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.
