NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Study of options to strengthen the Integrated Financial Management and Information System (IFMIS) and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this Assignment is to support the Government of The Gambia in its efforts to consolidate the security, reliability, efficiency, effectiveness and seamless integration of its public financial management systems.

Location: Banjul, The Gambia.

Duration: The indicative start date is 10 May 2025 and the period of implementation of the specific contract will be 180 days from this date. Indicative end date: 6 November 2025.

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in accounting, financial management, business administration, or a related field;
• Good command of English (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
• At least 10-12 years of experience in leading or assessing Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS) end-to-end implementation;
• Strong background in government financial management, PMF, PFM Reform, budgeting, and expenditure control;
• Experience with Public Sector Accounting Standards and IMF Government Financial Statistics reporting;
• Expertise in designing and improving government financial management systems;
• 6-8 years working experience with implementing or assessing large, complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects within a public sector context.
