As a Project Manager for Ref&Pet, Pipeline and Industrial segment, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project across all dimensions: customer relations, scheduling, procurement, construction, quality, risk management, financial performance, and commercial negotiations.


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards;
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
  • Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all project activities;
  • Customer Interface: Act as point of contact for the Customer, managing relationships, and resolving operational issues efficiently;
  • Change Management: Identify and execute project variations and change orders, negotiating directly with Customer leadership to maximize value;
  • Financial Performance: Own project financials, driving strong outcomes across cost, margin, and cash flow. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities;


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college
  • Show proficiency in global PM standards to prove expertise in project management principles and processes.
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian.
  • Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.
