Job Title: IDS Marketing Trainee

Location: Milano, Italia. Hybrid

Job Description

As an IDS Marketing Trainee, you will work closely across BUs (with main focus on Dermatological Skincare BU, for brands like Cetaphil, Benzac, …) to support the development and execution of marketing strategies and brand initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in promoting our products, strengthening our brand image, and driving customer engagement across different channels. Reporting directly to the Head of IDS Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help monitor and analyze the sell-out performance of the brands
  • Support the development of marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and consumer loyalty
  • Collaborate to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and product contents, interacting with external agencies and suppliers
  • Support for Media Plan strategies and assets toolkit deployment
  • Assist in organizing events, trainings, and brand activation initiatives
  • Actively collaborate cross-function and cross-BUs, for Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS) activities

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fixed term (6-months), Full-time commitment
  • Master of Science Marketing/Economic
  • Passion for marketing, communication, skincare or dermatology industries
  • Fluent in Business English / Fluent in Italian (mother tongue preferably)
  • Team-oriented, ownership, creative approach, agile, proactive, and willing to learn and contribute to brand growth
  • Office tools
  • Veeva Vault knowledge would be considered a plus
