We.Do Advisory, a management consulting firm supporting major Italian and international companies in Telco, Digital, Energy & Utilities, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Banking & Finance sectors, is seeking to expand its team in Rome and Milan.

Within our innovative 'accelerator farm' for young talents, we combine design thinking and hacking of standard management consulting models with the experience and expertise of senior professionals, forming the core of our approach.

Part of the DGS Group, which offers cybersecurity, digital solutions, and management consulting services, we serve over 500 clients across key markets such as Public Administration, Banking & Insurance, Industry, Energy & Utilities, Transport, and Telecommunications.

We are looking for candidates with:

• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in leading strategic or management consulting firms, with involvement in IT project and program management in areas like Payments and SEPA, Credit, Wealth Management, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.
• Solid sector knowledge and technical skills focused on modernizing IT architectures, with a passion for developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance client performance and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of the Service Creation IT process, main banking & finance applications, and experience in infrastructure modernization (e.g., Core Banking Transformation) and data management supporting strategic processes such as NPL credit management and AML monitoring.

The selected candidates will:

• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Design Thinking) to complex initiatives, ensuring milestones and cost efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end processes in various banking areas (Credits, Payments, SEPA, Wealth Management) and related IT applications.
• Promote the integration of new technological models (Big Data, API, RPA, AI) within client environments.
• Contribute to the development of new professional services and value propositions in Finance & Banking.
• Manage and implement IT governance processes compliant with sector regulations (e.g., Bankit 285, GDPR) and best practices (e.g., ITIL).

Technical skills and soft skills required:

• Experience in management consulting within the Banking & Finance sector.
• Proven project and program management experience, both as a leader and as an external manager.
• Knowledge of IT processes (Software Lifecycle, Service Operations, Change Management).
• Proficiency in Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English language skills.
