La figura sarà responsabile della gestione delle risorse ICT e dell'implementazione dei progetti IT, contribuendo a migliorare l'efficienza in attività store. Il candidato ideale possiede una comprovata esperienza nel settore retail e competenze di gestione dei progetti.

• Esperienza comprovata in aziende retail.

OTB Spa is looking for an

• ICT Operations Coordinator
• for its office in Milan.

The ICT Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following activities :

• Collaborate with the Central Infrastructure & Operation Team to locally deliver IT projects including coordination of third parties.- Implement processes, tools, methods, guidelines and standards in order to improve efficiency in store activities.
• Manage and procure ICT assets and provision of ICT services for both offices and store.

The role is part of a team also responsible to :

• Provide onsite and remote support to both offices and store.- Supply all IT set up required for new store opening.
• Provide input to build IT Budget (Capex / Opex).
• Manage PO orders in his / her Region.
• Job Requirements
• Proven experience in retail companies
• Proven experience in both Infrastructure and Applications areas
• Proven track record of delivering an agreed ICT Roadmap
• Good communication and project management skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders from different functions and different organizational levels
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
