Dale Consulting is seeking 1 ICT Infrastructure Manager & Cloud for an important international client in the Core Banking sector.

Responsibilities

1. Manage complex projects focused on the implementation and updating of IT infrastructures.
2. Ensure project requirements align with organizational strategic objectives.
3. Oversee the IT project portfolio in Facility Management and Cloud domains.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance) and external partners (suppliers, technology partners).
5. Define, plan, and monitor technological investments and strategic initiatives.
6. Ensure governance and compliance of services according to banking standards and regulations (e.g., EBA, DORA).
7. Identify and mitigate project and operational risks.
8. Promote cloud solutions adoption (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned with IT roadmaps.
9. Support the definition of technical and functional requirements for new infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage complex IT portfolios in banking or financial sectors.
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and ICT Facility Management models.
• Experience with Project & Portfolio Management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2, Agile).
• Leadership skills, strategic vision, and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Operational locations: Remote work.

Compensation based on experience.
