This initiative will significantly change business processes through the adoption of digital technologies, requiring new skills and expertise with a good mix of business understanding and technical know-how.

Role: ICT CRM Senior Analyst

Ariston Group seeks an experienced professional to support the digitalization of Service processes by leveraging existing and new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full lifecycle development of digital applications, from project execution to maintenance, including functional analysis, development/interface specifications, UAT support, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with business functions to address demands, propose technical solutions, and translate these into functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, configure, and maintain CRM (Microsoft D365) and integrations with other solutions (SAP ECC, C4C, Oracle OFS, AWS, SAP PO / IS, etc.).
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability of customizations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for applications, working closely with internal stakeholders (ICT and Business).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience as a CRM Microsoft D365 solution analyst in multinational companies (consultancy or end clients).
  • Good knowledge of business service processes and their digitalization through IT technologies.
  • Experience with CRM Microsoft D365 (Master Data, Call Center integration, Field Service, Mobile); experience with other solutions (SAP ERP, SAP C4C, Oracle Field Service) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
