ICT Compliance Specialist, Monza-Brianza

Location: Milano or Biella with hybrid mode

We are looking for a person to join the Compliance function at Centrico, with a focus on managing risks of non-compliance in ICT and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor regulatory developments in ICT and payment services
2. Participate in interbank working groups at national and European levels
3. Conduct Gap Analysis on upcoming regulations (e.g., PSD3)
4. Perform Risk Assessments on current regulations to ensure compliance with business and IT areas (e.g., DORA Regulation and delegated acts)
5. Evaluate technical standards, processes, policies, organizational changes, and related roles ex ante
6. Assess the Organizational Model under Legislative Decree 231/01 for Centrico and Nivola ex ante
7. Execute automatic compliance controls in ICT and payment services
8. Analyze post-incident reports of IT incidents of R3 (Medium) severity or higher, collaborating with the Non-Financial Risk Function of the Parent company to identify non-compliance risks
9. Assess risks of relevant ICT projects and platform/applications

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Economics, or Engineering
• Excellent analytical skills
• Interest and understanding of compliance regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO27001, PCI-DSS)
• Good command of English
• 2-3 years of experience in banking or financial groups
