Responsibilities:

Operate machinery involved in the production of ice cream, including mixers, freezers, and packaging equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the quality and consistency of our ice cream products.
Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Package and label finished products for distribution.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
Qualifications:

No specific experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a cold environment as needed.
