Position: IB Tutoring Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated IB Tutoring Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tutoring services, and providing ongoing support for all tutoring requests. This role requires prompt responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience in the International Education Sector
• Knowledge of international high school programmes (International Baccalaureate, IGCSEs)
• Knowledge of the international university system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Relevant Bachelor degree (completed in English)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding:

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process
• Collect and manage customer information to tailor services to their needs
• Ensure customers are fully informed about our services and policies

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor tutoring sessions to maintain high service standards
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with tutors to address any service issues promptly

Customer Support:

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist with scheduling tutoring sessions and managing requests
• Provide solutions to customer issues with kindness and professionalism

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Proactively reach out to ensure ongoing satisfaction

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams
