Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic design and development.
• Experience in electro-hydraulic design from concept to production.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing and CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Experience with simulation tools and 8D process knowledge.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronics specifications and hydraulic power units.

Responsibilities

• Analyze input/customer specifications and estimate project costs.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and finalize unit designs.

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As a Hydraulic Engineer, you will design, validate, and launch flow control and compact hydraulic systems, including customized manifolds and valve banks. You will run simulations (0D, CFD, FEM) to verify designs and support operations, sales, and DFMEA within a global engineering team. Your work will span from specification analysis to prototype validation, documentation, and issue resolution. • Analyze input/customer specifications
• Estimate engineering design and testing costs for projects
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and finalize unit designs with manufacturability and cost in mind
• Perform numerical verification (0D, CFD, FEM) of designs
• Coordinate prototype preparation and validation activities
• Evaluate product performance, quality and safety
• Resolve field and internal issues using the 8D method
• Ensure production and customer documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Identify and propose engineering solutions to problems
• Support operations during engineering issue resolution
• Generate innovative ideas to meet market and OEM requirements
• Prepare technical reports and manage project risks and opportunities
• 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic design and development
• Experience in electro-hydraulic design from concept to production
• Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing; expert in CAD software (SolidWorks)
• Experience with simulation tools
