Permasteelisa Group is seeking an SAP FI-CO Specialist to join our Group IT function. Reporting to the SAP FI-CO Coordinator, the role will support the design, implementation and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions across the Group, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process standards.

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Indicative gross annual salary range: €38,000–€48,000, depending on experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business information systems, finance, accounting or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP data structures and module integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Consultancy experience is a plus.
• Experience in construction or project-based industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI/Reporting tools (BW, BO, SAP Datasphere, SAC) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Translate business requirements into SAP FI/CO configurations and functional specifications.
• Support SAP projects across all phases, including analysis, testing, deployment and post go-live activities.
• Act as a reference point for SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring consistency and alignment across implementations.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional SAP teams to define business processes and solution design.
• Provide user support and system adjustments when required.
• Coordinate external consultants and support project delivery.
