TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support team is seeking a Sales Ops Support V to help coordinate parts allocation, capacity reviews, and customer communications across supply chain functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 3 years in a related, B2B manufacturing environment, with APICS certification desired. Hybrid work arrangements are available, supporting collaboration with global teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Communications preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Planning, Business Support, or a similar role within a B2B manufacturing environment.
• APICS Certification desired.

Mansioni

• Allocate critical parts with Sales, Customers, Supply Chain Operations SOP PM and Legal.
• Allocate aligned with cost reduction targets.
• Review commitments based on capacity to ensure delivery of customer quantities.
• Ensure clear shipment and allocation plans with Planning and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Operations and Suppliers on root causes and recovery actions.
• Align with Supply Chain on manufacturing outputs.
• Set project priorities for duplication and replacement tools with Tool and Die and Sales.
• Review performance gaps and support improvements.
• Monitor escalation reports daily to anticipate shortages.
• Coordinate regularly with SOP Tool and Die and Supply Chain.
• Review customer satisfaction monthly and drive improvement actions.
• Communicate with customers and OEMs.
