Job summary

Wood is recruiting a Project Control Lead to join its Projects Team in Corsico (Milan), focusing on cost and scheduling for complex EPC plants in energy and chemicals. Hybrid work with up to two days at home and international mobility as required.

You will coordinate planning and cost control engineers, build WBS/CBS, apply earned value management and report KPIs to management while supporting clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Experience as Project Control leader on EPC projects (at least two).
• Proficiency with Oracle P6/Primavera P6 and project risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point with the client and subcontractors to ensure accurate costs and progress reporting.
• Monitor overall project progress and forecast performance against plan.
• Identify critical path and provide early warnings of potential slippages.
• Establish interfaces for cost, planning, scheduling and risk deliverables.
