Lavazza Group is seeking a Production Planner to drive the production planning process in Turin, aligning output with demand and optimizing efficiency across facilities. You will develop long- and medium-term plans, allocate volumes, and monitor KPIs to inform management decisions in a fast-paced, international context.

The role involves collaboration with Demand Planning, R&D, and Marketing, managing budgets, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and packaging for smooth production

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Commercial Demand Planning teams to gather and analyze demand forecasts by Product and Country, developing long/medium-term Production Plans accordingly
• Allocate production volumes among in-house facilities and third-party manufacturers, reporting on cost, capacity, quality, and lead times
• Assist in managing production budget, tracking costs and resource allocations (machinery, labour, materials) to optimize efficiency
• Support planning of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and packaging to align with forecasted production volumes
• Coordinate with R&D and Marketing to align production planning with new product development and launches
• Review production plans to adjust for demand fluctuations and external factors impacting timelines or inventory
• Track KPIs and prepare management-ready reports with insights for decision making
