Job summary

Moneyfarm in Milan is seeking a talented graphic and digital designer to develop concepts, motion and video, and to build templates and AI-assisted workflows for faster, higher-quality output. You will work with the digital team and freelance partners to deliver multiple concepts weekly across markets and formats.

You will sit in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with a strong emphasis on typography, layout, brand, and accessibility, producing paid social and digital creative with confidence in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in graphic and digital design.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, composition and brand.
• Native Italian speaker with excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Experience creating creative for paid social and digital placements.
• Able to take a brief and develop different creative concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts for paid social, digital campaigns, UGC and wider marketing activity.
• Create motion, video and static creative, including editing and post-production.
• Support UGC production from concept through to finished creative.
• Turn briefs into strong creative across different formats, placements and markets.
• Work closely with digital marketers and the freelance bench to get creative live quickly.
• Create templates, systems and self-service tools that help the wider team produce more without compromising quality.
• Use Figma, Canva and Adobe and AI tools to make creative development faster and more scalable.
• Use campaign learnings to improve creative and develop new ideas.
• Work within brand, accessibility and compliance requirements.
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working with digital marketers and external creative partners.
