Moneyfarm is seeking a talented graphic and digital designer in Milan to craft original concepts for paid social and digital campaigns. You will lead motion, video and static creative, edit content, and support UGC production to deliver high-quality output across multiple markets and formats.

You will collaborate with digital marketers and freelance partners, using Figma/Canva/Adobe tools and AI to accelerate development while maintaining brand and accessibility standards.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in graphic and digital design.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, composition and brand.
• Experience creating creatives for paid social and digital placements.
• Strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Native Italian speaker with excellent English communication.

Mansioni

• Develop original creative concepts for paid social, digital campaigns, UGC and wider marketing activity.
• Create motion, video and static creative, including editing and post-production.
• Support UGC production from concept through to finished creative.
• Turn briefs into strong creative across different formats, placements and markets.
• Work closely with digital marketers and freelance partners to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Create templates, systems and self-service tools to scale output while maintaining quality.
• Use Figma, Canva, Adobe and AI tools to speed up development.
• Apply campaign learnings to improve creative and drive new ideas.
• Work within brand, accessibility and compliance requirements.
