Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using advanced analytics and data manipulation software - R, Python, SAS, SQL, or SPSS.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Independent work under limited supervision and timely delivery.
• Excellent command of Italian and English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Minimum 5 years in specialised consulting firms or top-tier banks with data analytics experience.
