Le candidat idéal a une formation en ingénierie, une expérience dans le domaine HVAC et d'excellentes compétences en communication. Ce rôle implique le développement de relations avec des consultants et la gestion de projets majeurs dans un environnement commercial en évolution rapide.

Competenze

  • 2 ans d'expérience dans le même rôle ou 3 ans dans un bureau de conseil ou une grande entreprise d'installation.
  • Bon niveau d'anglais et italien, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Flexibilité, proactivité, et compétences interpersonnelles essentielles.

We are looking for HVAC Sales Engineer, taking care of Triveneto area.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic reality by developing the Project Sales business in the assigned area, following consultants and big installers. You will directly support the Project Sales Area Manager and all the people involved in the management of the pipeline. In addition, you will constantly interact with consultants, technical departments of major customers and the National Account organization.

In detail you will:

  • Establish and develop relationships with top consultants, plan and organize visits to consultants and current and potential clients, and provide reports on client visits;
  • Support consultants in order to generate spec–in and inform them about new products, services and solutions in the HVAC field;
  • Manage and develop promotion and project management for key consultants and major installers in the area;
  • Research and develop key prospects in the area (consultants and large installers) in order to ensure involvement in future major projects;
  • Shadow and accompany Regional Salesman or Area Manager for visits key consultants or customer in case of important project negotiation;
  • Coordinate key major projects, support the prescription in the spec in phase, lead all pre-sales activities in the bidding phase, prepare and manage the bidding of large HVAC projects in the area and act directly and participate in the bidding;
  • Monitor sales and pipeline result progress and update the status of the projects in pipeline management system;
  • Develop projects for consultants (model selections piping, wiring, drawings executions of technical plants layout);
  • Technical and commercial analyses of competitor’s spec in, during bidding stage;
  • Organize Seminars for consultants and technician of big installers in order to increase the knowledge of HVAC solution;
  • Develop and take care of B2B Vertical customers in the assigned area.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Academic Background: Energy, Mechanical engineering or electrical fields of building design degree;
  • Previous Experience: 2 years of experience in same role, or 3 year experience in consulting office or big installer companies, developing technical issue and commercial relations with customers;
  • Knowledge: good knowledge of HVAC field and with the use of AutoCAD are a must. Good English and fluency in Italian, both verbal and written, is required in the case of non-native speakers;
  • Soft skills: flexibility and proactivity as well as analytical mindset, good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential to successfully interact with the team and external and internal interlocutors in a fast moving environment. Business acumen, target orientation together with passion are also appreciated.
