Position Summary

We are seeking HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technicians to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, including boilers, ice machines, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventative maintenance on various commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment such as compressors, blowers, chillers, heat pumps, and boiler systems.
2. Maintain refrigeration units.
3. Repair air handlers.
4. Complete work orders promptly and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be verified and approved by our insurance).
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills, including calculating parts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• EPA Certification is required.

Additional Requirements:

• Background check: 3-year felony background check, no pending cases or warrants.
• Drug screen: 10-panel pre-employment.
• Schedule: To be discussed at onboarding; on-call rotation once per month.
• Experience: At least 3 years in HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Commercial HVAC.
• Certifications: EPA Universal Certification.
