Harthall Hotel is seeking a friendly Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, HVAC maintenance, and preventive work across guest areas. The role requires on-call availability and some weekends, with a focus on keeping the property in top condition and delivering a five-star guest experience.

You will handle routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• HVAC certification is required and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, performing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs, and assisting with housekeeping duties as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the building exterior and responding to work orders and service calls to guest rooms in a timely manner

• Prior maintenance experience in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Familiar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systems
• HVAC certification required
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to 100 lbs
• Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays
• Work independently
• Strong work ethic

Hourly compensation ranges between $32.00-$34.00 based on experience
