Search for a Human Resources Professional

We are looking for a resource to be inserted in training that will support the HR Manager in the various HR activities, with particular focus on training, performance and development.

Job Description :

The selected professional will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of training plans, evaluating performances and developing personnel. He / She will also have to map out the needs for further education and update the training plans, organize educational activities, manage platforms and monitor participation. Furthermore, he / she will analyze data and provide support in constructing HR KPIs and evaluation tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Education : Degree (conceived or in course) in Industrial Psychology, Education Sciences, Letters or related fields.
  • Skills and Abilities : Interest in training themes, performance management and organizational development; excellent social and organizational skills; precision, proactivity and attitude to work in teams; knowledge of Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
