About the Role
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and organizing training.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, assist with departure procedures, and generate HR reports.
  • Employee Relations Coordination: Address employee concerns and organize team-building activities.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and assist with legal employee matters.
  • HR Service Provider Management: Communicate with external HR providers, verify invoices, and process payments.
Qualifications
  • HR experience in the consumer electronics and mobile sales industry.
  • Ability to quickly understand and fulfill business needs.
  • Ownership of HR issues and proactive resolution.
  • Commitment to HR best practices and continuous improvement.
