About the Position
Arcadia is seeking a detail-oriented and highly capable Human Resources Recruitment Officer to support the recruitment team in identifying and securing top-tier talent for the organization. This critical role is key in executing Arcadia’s recruitment strategy, ensuring that hiring processes are conducted with professionalism, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. The Recruitment Officer will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and HR Consultants, who serve as advisors, to implement best-in-class recruitment methodologies and uphold the highest standards of evaluation and selection. In this role, you will take ownership of managing job postings every Monday, conducting comprehensive candidate screenings throughout the week, and ensuring all candidate assessments are finalized and integrated into recruitment metrics by the end of the week. You will also play a key role in the interview process, participating in bi-weekly interviews and evaluating prospective candidates with the highest level of professionalism. As a key member of this specialized recruitment team, you will contribute to shaping the talent pipeline, supporting Arcadia’s continued growth and excellence. Additionally, you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment activities.
