As an HR Manager at Splendido, a Belmond Hotel, you’ll lead a team that drives extraordinary results behind the scenes to ensure our employees enjoy memorable moments as our guests do. Primary Responsibilities Include

• Developing HR strategy by identifying human resource needs, anticipating future requirements, and creating effective policies at Splendido, considering the unique staffing demands driven by seasonal hotel operations.
• Recruiting and selecting top-tier candidates for all hotel positions, including proactive strategies to address peak season needs, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing performance, employee relations, and engagement through conflict management, open communication, and team-building initiatives.
• Collaborating with the Divisional HR team to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Managing and reporting on HR metrics and activities through Belmond and LVMH systems, providing timely and accurate data to support decision-making.

Requirements

You are an experienced HR Manager with a background in the hospitality industry.

What You Bring

• At least 6 years of professional experience in HR roles.
• Experience in the hospitality industry at a managerial level.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR management.
• Experience creating and leading employee development and training programs.
• Preferred experience with Zucchetti payroll systems.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
