As an HR Manager at Splendido, a Belmond Hotel, you will lead a team to drive exceptional results behind the scenes, ensuring our employees enjoy memorable moments alongside our guests. Primary Responsibilities Include

1. Develop HR strategy by identifying needs, anticipating future requirements, and creating effective policies, considering the hotel’s seasonal staffing demands.
2. Recruit and select top candidates for all hotel positions, including proactive strategies for peak seasons.
3. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
4. Manage performance, employee relations, and engagement through conflict resolution, open communication, and team-building initiatives.
5. Collaborate with the Divisional HR team to align with organizational goals.
6. Manage and report HR metrics using Belmond and LVMH systems to support decision-making.

Requirements

You are an experienced HR Manager with a background in hospitality.

What You Bring

• At least 6 years of professional HR experience.
• Experience in hospitality at a managerial level.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR management.
• Experience in employee development and training.
• Preferred experience with Zucchetti payroll systems.
• Proven team management and development skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
