Primary Responsibilities Include

• Developing HR strategy by identifying human resource needs, anticipating future requirements, and creating effective policies at Splendido, considering the unique staffing demands driven by the hotel's seasonal operations
• Recruiting and selecting top-tier candidates for all hotel positions, including proactive strategies for peak seasons, and making recommendations for hiring decisions
• Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Managing performance, employee relations, and engagement through conflict management, open communication, and team-building initiatives
• Collaborating with the Divisional HR team to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and initiatives
• Managing and reporting on HR metrics and activities via Belmond and LVMH systems, providing timely and accurate data for decision-making

Requirements

You are an experienced HR Manager with a background in the hospitality industry.

What You Bring

• At least 6 years of professional experience in HR roles
• Experience in the hospitality industry at a managerial level
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR management
• Experience creating and leading employee development and training initiatives
• Preferred experience with Zucchetti payroll systems
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team
• Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory
