Competenze

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Licata as:

Human Resources Manager (f/m/d) – Starting October 2025

Your Responsibilities:

As our new HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the culture and team of our hotel – especially during the exciting time of our opening phase. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of payroll processes and communication with external payroll provider
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, such as onboarding, employee handbook, time tracking, exit interviews, etc.
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition, including correspondence, applicant management, pre-selection, and conducting interviews
  • Planning and coordination of internal and external training initiatives; maintaining a training calendar
  • Handling all HR-related administrative tasks: maintaining employee records, archiving, and managing contracts and permits
  • Employee relations and support, including handling complaints and promoting a positive work environment
  • Coordination and management of staff housing


Pre-opening HR tasks:

  • Assisting in the recruitment ramp-up for the hotel opening
  • Designing and implementing on-boarding and orientation plans specific to new hotel operations
  • Supporting department heads in team structure planning and job descriptions
  • Setting up HR systems and processes in collaboration with HQ
  • Coordinating pre-opening trainings and compliance briefings


Your Profile:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Formal education in HR Management or equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in German, Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of labor and social insurance law
  • Strong service and quality orientation with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable personality
  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and high degree of responsibility

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
