Une entreprise de fabrication recherche un Human Resources Manager pour diriger le développement et la mise en œuvre de politiques de personnel modernes et efficaces. Vous serez responsable de l'acquisition des talents, de la formation, de la gestion des performances et de nombreuses initiatives de développement organisationnel. Ce poste offre une opportunité de grande responsabilité et d'impact au sein de l'organisation, avec un cadre de travail axé sur l'égalité des chances et la diversité.

Competenze

  • Expérience de 2-5 ans dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le secteur manufacturier.
  • Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft 365 et des logiciels de gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et gestion de projet.

Openjobmetis S.p.A., Filiale di Albino, is seeking a HR Manager for a solid company operating in the metalworking sector. The candidate will aim to become the Process Owner of the HR system.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected individual will work closely with ownership and project partners to develop and implement modern and effective personnel policies.

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Define the entire recruitment process from selection to onboarding
  • Conduct interviews alongside managers/leadership
Organization & Development
  • Map existing roles
  • Formalize skills matrix and continuous training plans
  • Develop career progression paths
  • Support managers in personnel management
  • Mentorship programs for young talents
  • Implement feedback systems to monitor skill development
  • Establish KPIs
  • Gender gap certification
Training & Development
  • Analyze training needs
  • Implement training courses to address skill gaps with external/internal entities
Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop compensation policies
  • Revise incentive and year-end bonus programs as management tools
  • Implement corporate smart-working policies
  • Manage corporate welfare programs and measure employee climate
  • Handle personnel disputes and policy violations
Requirements and Skills
  • Degree in Organizational Psychology, Economics, or Law with HR focus preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of HR management software (ATS, etc.) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, team-building, communication, and project management skills
