We're looking for a dynamic and experienced
IT HR Solutions Manager
to lead complex initiatives within Human Resources (HR) technology. This role will report directly to the
IT - Group Enterprise Services Director
and will be crucial in our ongoing global HR digital transformation, focusing on system harmonization and data integrity. If you have solid experience in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) implementations, including integrations with local systems, and demonstrate a deep understanding of HR processes, digital transformation, and stakeholder management, you might be the person we're looking for!
Purpose of the Role :
As IT HR Solutions Manager, you'll be a key player in leading complex HRIS projects. You'll be the go-to person for evolving our HR Tech landscape, ensuring alignment with global HR objectives and supporting internal teams in maximizing the value of our systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead comprehensive HRIS implementation projects, including integration with local systems, ensuring alignment with global HR objectives. Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Finance, and ICT teams to design, develop, and optimize HR systems, with a focus on
Oracle HCM
for employee management, performance and compensation, talent development, succession and career, and commissions. Support the evolution of the HRIS landscape by recommending and implementing process improvements, with a particular focus on the Learning platform, personnel cost management, and recruiting platform. Manage stakeholder communication, project risks, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth project execution and adoption. Lead cross-functional teams to improve data consistency and user experience within the HRIS. Ensure project readiness and resolve any outstanding issues before transitioning to AMS (Application Management Services), and prepare comprehensive documentation and training materials to support HR users in maximizing HRIS value. Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for ongoing system management.
Key Contacts and Relationships :
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance, Internal Audit, and HR, as well as interacting with external vendors and External Auditors.
Functional and Core Competencies :
Strong knowledge of
Oracle HCM
Payroll integration, and related HR technologies. Proven experience in digital transformation, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) related to procurement systems (cross-functional knowledge in data compliance and security is essential). Project management certification (PMP or similar) highly preferred. Key Experience :
At least 7 years of experience in HRIS project management, with proven leadership in complex, multi-country implementations.
Education : At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a similar field. Languages :
Good command of both Italian and English.
Travel Requirements :
Occasional travel may be required.
