For our office in Cusago (Milan), Italy, we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist, who is available full-time onsite.

The Role

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR Operations support, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, change management, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Providing day-to-day HR support in the assigned location, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, development, and performance management.
  • Maintaining HR-related administration and employee databases, supporting local managers in keeping personnel records updated in Thermon's HR System.
  • Managing HR administration tasks such as contract preparation, employee changes, and overseeing time-off tracking systems.
  • Assisting with and coordinating local and SOX audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with employees and management.
  • Supporting organizational and cultural change initiatives in collaboration with managers and supervisors.
  • Developing, reviewing, and proposing HR policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Processing payroll for the location.
  • Executing HR programs related to performance management, employee development, salary reviews, and benefits inquiries.
  • Collaborating with Compensation & Benefits and HRIS teams on reports, metrics, systems, and programs.
  • Supporting organizational change activities, including re-organization, redeployment, and exit strategies.
  • Assisting with global HR projects as needed.
Your Qualifications Include
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in similar roles.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of Italian employment and labor laws.

Salary: $35,000 - $50,000 per year.
