Manpower is assisting a great company local to Ellabell, GA in hiring a HR Generalist to join their team of professionals at their manufacturing plant! This is a direct hire opportunity offering amazing health benefits and PTO!

Job Details:

1. Onboarding
   Coordinate new team member orientation.
2. Process new hire paperwork (I-9's and E-Verify)
3. Present HR portion of new hire orientation covering policies and procedures.
4. Create and communicate new hire lists to appropriate departments.
5. Coordinate new employee benefit enrollment.
6. HRIS/Internal system data entry and maintenance
7. Creation and maintenance of personnel files
8. Daily HR transactions
   o Verifications of Employment
9. Answer Team Member questions on policies and procedures
10. Process job changes in internal systems
11. Assist with team member leave tracking and compliance.
12. Offboarding
    o HRIS data entry
13. Communication to relevant departments
    o COBRA Paperwork
14. Performance Management
    o Coordinate new hire reviews (30, 60, and 90 day)
15. Assist in coordination of annual performance reviews.
16. Compliance
    o Submit required governmental reports.
17. Team Member Benefits
    o Assist with open enrollment processes.
18. Additional duties as assigned by management.
