We are currently recruiting a local HR expert in Italy. The main responsibilities include:
  1. Maintaining client employee relationships, handling onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding.
  2. Verifying payroll calculations for accuracy and compliance.
  3. Providing daily HR consulting and client relationship support.
  4. Covering multiple European countries, with familiarity with European labor laws and multilingual proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, managing all people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
  2. Own and drive employee lifecycle management ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  3. Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
  5. Admin support: generate reports, employment verification letters, and manage HRIS administration.
Requirements
  1. International HR experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  2. Familiarity with European labor laws, especially in Italy and surrounding countries.
  3. Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
  4. Data-driven mindset: challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
  5. Strong service orientation, enjoy working with people, and capable of providing effective solutions in complex situations.
Interview Process
  1. Preliminary screening: HR communication.
  2. First-round interview: Video interview with the department head.
  3. Final-round interview: Video interview with the CEO regarding the position and career development.
