HR Director Southern Europe | Milan | Interesting Package

Our client is a global leading consultancy company exclusively dedicated to Life Sciences. As the HR Director for the Southern Europe region, you will be responsible for overseeing post-merger integration, leading and facilitating the integration of human resources to ensure a smooth transition for employees and alignment of HR practices with the new organizational structure. This critical role involves managing change, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting business objectives during the post-merger phase.
