As the HR Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of the HR Connect team, providing essential operational HR advisory services. Your role includes supporting managers in :

Interpreting industrial instruments, policies, and procedures

Managing change processes

Performance management

Supporting the resolution of grievances

Compliance and reporting

In this dynamic role, you will :

Provide consistent and accurate HR advice across the entire employee life cycle.

Collaborate and support stakeholders and HR Business Partners within the team and other HR specialist functions.

Promptly resolve HR challenges and matters.

Contribute to HR service and tool development and support the HR function's continuous improvement.

Your work will be essential in driving HR strategy execution and representing employee issues within the business context.

To be successful in this role you’ll have :

Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate HR experience

High proficiency in HR processes and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems

Innovative, flexible, and pragmatic problem-solving abilities

Provide advice and services that enable and support people to understand their people management responsibilities.
