As the HR Consultant, you’ll be a key member of the HR Connect team, providing essential operational HR advisory services. Your responsibilities include supporting managers in:

  • Interpreting industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing change processes.
  • Performance management.
  • Supporting grievance resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance and reporting.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Provide consistent and accurate HR advice throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and HR Business Partners, as well as other HR functions.
  • Promptly address HR challenges and issues.
  • Contribute to HR service and tool development, supporting continuous improvement.
