Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, your main responsibility is to plan, organize, and support HR operations, developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures. You will act as a true partner for the three countries in the region (Italy, Spain & Portugal) to support business results. The position will provide support for employees and management in the day-to-day HR activities across these regions.

  • Collaborate with local management teams to drive HR functions towards solid business results.
  • Oversee employment activities, ensuring qualified employees are recruited and hired for open positions. Coordinate selection, promotion, and placement of personnel.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs in HR within the local regions.
  • Understand employee engagement levels and support initiatives like teambuilding, engagement surveys, and focus groups to enhance engagement.
  • Assist employees with interpreting company policies and procedures, providing guidance as needed.
  • Lead the performance management process in the responsible regions.
  • Ensure that mandatory training is conducted annually.
  • Coach and counsel managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
  • Represent the company in legal matters and participate in HR audits related to quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Support safety initiatives, promote proactive safety training, and maintain security and protection programs at each location.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and support payroll processing and HR transactions in collaboration with local HR teams across countries.
Location

The position will be based in Spain.
