Roles and Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Business Partner, your main responsibilities include planning, organizing, and supporting HR operations, developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures. You will act as a strategic partner for the three countries in the region (Italy, Spain & Portugal) to support business results. The role involves providing support to employees and management in daily HR activities across these regions.

  • Collaborate with local management teams to drive HR functions towards solid business results.
  • Manage employment activities to ensure qualified hiring for open positions, including coordinating selection, promotion, and placement of personnel.
  • Lead HR continuous improvement initiatives within the local regions.
  • Assess employee engagement levels and support programs to enhance engagement, such as team-building, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Assist employees with interpreting company policies and procedures, providing guidance as needed.
  • Drive the performance management program in the regions.
  • Ensure annual training on mandatory topics is provided.
  • Coach and counsel managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
  • Represent the company in legal matters and participate in HR audits related to customer, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support safety initiatives and promote proactive safety training programs, maintaining security and protection at each location.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports and support payroll and HR transactions in collaboration with local HR teams in different countries.
Location

The position will be based in Spain.
