KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with Euronet’s business goals.
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs.

REQUIREMENTS

• GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Human Resources or similar discipline. Post-graduate degrees will be considered a plus.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources preferably in Financial Services / Banking or Information Technology & Services with full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Solid experience with HR metrics and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
• Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Must have legal right to work in European Union.
