KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with Euronet’s business goals.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Human Resources or similar discipline. Post-graduate degrees will be considered a plus.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Human Resources preferably in Financial Services / Banking or Information Technology & Services with full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Solid experience with HR metrics and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
- Must have legal right to work in European Union.
