A leading company in the Logistic Industry is seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations across several warehouses in Lombardia. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in HR within multinational manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on industrial relations and a leadership attitude. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational changes and support line managers in various special projects, ensuring the effective delivery of HR policies and practices.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience within Industrial Relations.
• Ability to work independently with full autonomy.

For our international Client, Leader in Logistic Industry we are looking for a HRBP.

He / She will be responsible as HR Business Partner for some Warehouses based on Lombardia.

Main responsibility :

• Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business;
• Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic;
• Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting;
• Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment;
• Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers;
• Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures;

What we need from you :

• At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries;
• Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic
• Strong experience within Industrial Relations
• Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy
• Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization
• Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
