About the Role :

As an HRBP, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning HR practices with business goals. You’ll play a critical role in supporting talent development, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning within our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do :

  • Partner with department leaders to align workforce strategy with business objectives
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and policy interpretation
  • Champion a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement

What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and drive change across all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
