A prominent manufacturing company seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for their Castelnuovo Vomano plant. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in manufacturing, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of Italian labor law. This role involves managing labor costs, negotiating with unions, and improving HR processes in a diverse environment.

Strumenti
The new HRBP will be responsible for our Castelnuovo Vomano (TE) production plant, with approximately 350 employees, of which 200 are direct.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of human resources policies (e.g., performance evaluation, objective setting, remuneration policy implementation, talent identification and development, etc.);
- Guide the budgeting process and be responsible for defining and managing labor costs in the area of expertise (analysis, control, reporting of direct and temporary employees);
- Manage internal relations with line managers and employees;
- Manage relations with workers' representatives and unions, negotiate agreements, and resolve conflicts in coordination with the Industrial Relations Manager;
- Implement and/or adapt corporate policies related to the operational area of expertise. May coordinate one or more HR processes, ensuring end-to-end management;
- Contribute to the HR team in developing and continuously improving HR processes and policies, and in implementing transversal projects;
- Monitor HR KPIs, such as turnover, absenteeism, and indicators related to company performance bonuses.
- Degree in humanities, law, economics; Master in HR or Labor Law is a plus;
- At least 6 years of overall experience gained in manufacturing or industrial contexts (FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical);
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on organizational goals;
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions and stakeholders at various levels;
- Ability to assess potential and promote the professional growth of people;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian labor legislation and national contracts;
- Knowledge of the applicable CCNL for the reference sector;
- Understanding of industrial relations management dynamics;
- Understanding of production processes and their impact on personnel management;
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and human resources management software – SuccessFactors/Zucchetti;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations at work.
