Descrizione del lavoro

The new HRBP will be responsible of our Castelnuovo Vomano (TE) production plant, with approximately 350 employees, of which 200 are direct.

What you will do
  • Contributes to the planning and coordination of human resources policies (e.g. performance evaluation, definition of objectives, implementation of remuneration policies, identification and development of talent, etc.);
  • Guides the budgeting process and he/she is responsible for defining and managing labor costs for the area of expertise (analysis, control, reporting of direct and temporary employees);
  • Manages internal relations with the line and with employees;
  • Manages relations with workers' representatives and unions, negotiating agreements and resolving any conflicts, through coordination with the Industrial Relations Manager;
  • Manages the implementation and/or adapts Corporate policies relating to the operational area of expertise. May coordinate one or more HR processes, ensuring their end-to-end management;
  • Contributes to the HR team in the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and policies and in the implementation of transversal projects;
  • Monitor HR KPIs, such as turnover, absenteeism, indicators related to company performance bonuses, etc.
Our Perfect Candidate
  • Degree (humanities, law, economics), Master HR/Labor Law will be considered a plus;
  • At least 6 years of overall experience, gained in manufacturing or industrial contexts (FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical);
  • Business-oriented mindset, with a focus on organizational goals;
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions and interlocutors at various levels;
  • Ability to assess potential and promote the professional growth of people;
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian labor legislation and national contracts;
  • Knowledge of the CCNL applicable to the reference sector;
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of industrial relations management;
  • Understanding of production processes and their impact on personnel management;
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and human resources management software – Success Factor/Zucchetti;
  • Knowledge of regulations on health and safety at work.
