A dynamic and growing company in Milan seeks a Compensation & Organization Specialist to manage global compensation programs and enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in compensation or HR systems, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector, and be fluent in English and Italian. Opportunities for training and collaboration are provided within a diverse and proactive team.

Competenze

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, HR systems, or organizational analysis, preferably in a global role within the fashion or luxury industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation programs, HR policies, and HR systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

  • Support business leaders in developing organizational models aligned with business priorities and requirements.
  • Ensure the consistent maintenance and application of the Group grading system.
  • Implement and manage global bonus and commission programs that align with company goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and competitiveness of incentive programs across markets.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems (HRZ, Oracle) to ensure consistent global application.
  • Provide support and training to HR teams for effective system usage.

  • Lead internal communication strategies to ensure clear, transparent messaging across the organization.

About the Role :
