A leading global Microsoft partner is seeking a Solution Architect to ensure solution integrity for Dynamics 365 applications. You'll lead presales activities, guide workshops, and collaborate across teams on international projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive consulting experience in Retail and strong leadership skills, as well as proficiency in Dynamics 365. This role offers career opportunities and engagement in diverse international projects with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Competenze

• 7 to 10+ years of consulting experience in Retail industries.
• Minimum of 5 years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience leading functional consultant teams.
• Ability to lead a team of functional consultants.
• Strong written and verbal English; additional languages a plus.

Position: Solution Architect (D365 Applications)

Department: D365 Retail

Visa Sponsorship: You must have legal working rights in the country of your residence within the EMEA region. Sponsorship is only available within the Netherlands.

What is your goal?

Joining HSO International as a Solution Architect means ensuring solution integrity for implementation projects involving Dynamics 365 Applications. Primarily Finance and Operations, coordinating consultant teams, and providing invaluable advice to customers regarding business system design and implementation.

Your role will also include contributing to the development of HSO best practices and active participation in presales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities, including customer workshops, demos, and presentations.
• Guide capability and architecture workshops to define solution direction.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures and supporting documentation.
• Drive business transformation discussions and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, and Technical Architects, plus senior consultants across global teams.
• Assess the feasibility of new processes/technologies and optimize business workflows.
• Create best-practice materials, templates, and tools to strengthen presales and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 7 to 10+ years of consulting experience in Retail industries with a minimum of 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.
• Experience with several end-to-end implementations as Solution Architect.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Ability to operate most modules.
• Experience with Power Platform, good awareness of Microsoft Azure automation capabilities, data analytics, and other areas of technology accompanying business system implementation.
• Ability to lead a team of functional consultants in implementation projects.
• Experience in running presales diagnostic projects.
• Strong formal and technical writing skills – quickly producing high-quality documents.
• Effective leadership through knowledge, experience, and example.
• Ability to communicate with customers on different levels of the organization.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as French, German, Spanish, and Italian are a plus.
