Job Description

Your missions

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Write and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Manage and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules according to business needs
• Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing
• Support data migration and integration activities
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O
• Train end users and prepare training materials
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Your profile

• Experience as Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 F&O (5–7 years)
• Experience with configuration and operational management of Dynamics 365 F&O
• Experience with requirements gathering and process mappingExperience with documentation and reporting tools
• Academic background: degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Italian and English fluent
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and hybrid teams
