Grupo Lantania is seeking a dynamic HSEQ Specialist to oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) for construction projects and industrial plants in Italy. The role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 across sites in Italy.

You will lead the HSEQ team, coordinate audits, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. National travel is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field (highly desirable).
• Health & Safety qualification recognized by Italian authorities (RSPP).
• Experience in construction projects.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Experience in audits and ISO certification.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish; Italian language also preferred.

• Coordinate and monitor IMS implementation and improvement across projects and the Italy subsidiary.
• Ensure sites comply with safety and environmental regulations and contractual requirements.
• Support HSEQ team in IMS deployment on construction sites.
• Lead and coordinate HSEQ team activities and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Identify gaps, non-compliance, and areas for improvement with project teams.
• Monitor HSEQ and ESG KPIs; monthly reporting to Corporate IMS Director.
• Prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions from audits and incidents.
• Provide support to bids and internal audits/inspections to verify IMS effectiveness.
• Contribute to HSEQ training planning and execution.

Lantania is seeking a dynamic and experienced HSEQ Specialist, with at least 3 years of experience in Quality, Safety, and Environmental management, for construction projects and industrial plants. The objective of this position is to ensure the proper implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of our subsidiary at Italy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure and coordinate the implementation, monitoring and improvement of Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 at projects and subsidiary in Italy.
• Ensure sites comply with all current safety and environment regulations and monitor compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual and company requirements.
• Provide support and assistance to HSEQ team on the implementing and monitoring of the IMS on construction sites.
• Coordinate and HSEQ team activities.
• Lead and promote a proactive safety culture across all projects and teams.
• Verify and work with project team to identify and follow up on non-compliance, areas for improvement and other such gaps related applicable regulations, contract requirements and Lantania corporate policy.
• Control and monitor HSEQ and ESG KPIs, providing continuous support to project team members. Monthly report to Corporate IMS Director.
• Prepare reports and follow up on recommended corrective actions associated with completed compliance, incident reports and observations.
• Provide support to bids.
• Schedule and lead internal audits and inspections to verify and ensure effectiveness of Integrated Management System.
• Ensure and monitor an HSEQ training plan.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• College diploma or university degree (highly desirable Bachelor Degree / Engineering).
• Health & Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities in Italy (RSPP)
• Experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge and experience working under ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Experience in audits and ISO certification.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish. Ideally Italian lenguage also.
• This position involves national travels.
