This position reports to Sales Support Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative documentation to guarantee tender participation to public and private companies, including related customer qualification activities, and employees’ access to customer sites.
- Serve as the regulatory and fiscal reference for the local organization, with basic knowledge of local regulatory and fiscal matters (e.g., D.Lgs 81/2008, art. 26, titolo IV and “Codice degli Appalti”).
- Handle documentation management for tender participation to public and private companies, with basic knowledge of DGUE, D.Lgs 36/2023, D.Lgs 159/2011, ex DPR 445, Passoe and related Customer Web Portal management.
- Manage customer qualification activities.
- Report issues to management for resolution and support colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues.

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of local regulatory and fiscal matters.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Solution-oriented attitude, with ownership and initiative.
- Ability to communicate in Italian and English.
